This agreement, effective from October 11, 2019, mandates that at least 75% of the goods, works, and services under the contract be sourced from India, with the remainder potentially sourced internationally. The LoC has a utilization period of 60 months post-project completion. Export transactions under this LoC must comply with Reserve Bank instructions, and no agency commission is payable, although exporters may use their funds for commission payments.
