Due to delays caused by manual SMTP filings, CONCOR requested procedural relaxation for container movement from port terminals to ICDs/CFSs. This request was approved to alleviate port congestion. CONCOR must follow specific procedures for rail and road transport, ensuring safe transportation and providing proof of delivery. Non-compliance will lead to facility cancellation. This procedure is valid until April 22, 2011, with strict compliance required from all stakeholders.
