of <h1>RBI-BRC Module Launched for Export Proceeds Monitoring from April 1, 2014; Manual Certificates No Longer Accepted.</h1> The new RBI-BRC Module for monitoring the realization of export proceeds for shipping bills with LEO dates from April 1, 2014, onwards is introduced. Exporters, Customs Brokers, and trade members are reminded to use this online module instead of submitting manual certificates from authorized dealers or chartered accountants. The BRC Section of the Drawback Cell, under the Commissionerate of Customs in New Delhi, will monitor these transactions, ceasing acceptance of manual statements. Shipping bills with LEO dates before April 1, 2014, will follow previous guidelines. Exporters should verify BRC integration via ICEGATE or coordinate with authorized dealers for data transmission to RBI's portal. Any implementation issues should be reported to the Assistant Commissioner at the BRC, Drawback Section.
