of <h1>RBI-BRC Module Launches for Export Monitoring; Ends Manual Certificate Submission for Post-April 2014 Shipping Bills.</h1> The notice introduces a new RBI-BRC Module for monitoring the realization of export proceeds for shipping bills with Let Export Order (LEO) dates from April 1, 2014, onwards. Exporters and Custom Brokers are reminded to use this online module instead of submitting manual certificates. The BRC Section of the Drawback Cell will oversee this process and will no longer accept manual statements from authorized dealers or chartered accountants. Shipping bills with LEO dates before April 1, 2014, will continue under previous regulations. Exporters should verify BRC integration status via ICEGATE or coordinate with their dealer banks. Difficulties should be reported to the Deputy Commissioner of the BRC, Drawback Section.
