An interim solution was provided for exporters facing record transmission issues due to mismatches in GSTR I and GSTR 3B, requiring CA certificates and post-refund audits. The notice now authorizes Cost Accountants to issue the necessary certificates, urging stakeholders to utilize this provision for expedited processing.
