Effective from May 14, 2016, licensees must maintain electronic records of warehoused goods, including receipt, handling, and removal, using a specified form. Monthly returns must be filed with the bond officer, and acknowledgments of goods receipt must be sent to relevant authorities. Licensees can appoint authorized signatories and must keep the bond officer informed of business hours and contact details. Warehouses must have facilities like computers and scanners, and records from before May 14, 2016, can remain in their original format.
