Key features include direct port delivery and entry, deferred payment of duties, mutual recognition agreements, expedited refunds, and paperless declarations. Existing AEO and ACP certified entities are transitioned to new AEO statuses, with provisional status granted during the transition. Entities seeking certification must apply to the AEO Programme Manager, with designated Nodal Officers available for guidance and assistance.
