The notice specifies import quantities for vanaspati, bakery shortening, margarine, pepper, desiccated coconut, and crude soya oil from Sri Lanka and Paraguay. Import procedures include compliance with the Indo-Mercosur Trade Agreement, pre-purchase agreements, certificates of origin, and application protocols. Import authorizations must be applied for electronically, with allocations made equally among eligible applicants, and applications due by February 28 of the financial year.
