The refund sanctioning authority will send a signed statement, a consolidated cheque, and a soft copy to the bank, which will then credit the refund to claimants' accounts after deducting applicable charges. A reconciliation process using UTRs and periodic scrolls ensures accuracy, with any discrepancies reported and resolved promptly. Implementation is immediate.
