of <h1>Bengaluru Customs Announces Revised Rebate Rates for Garment Exports Effective July 1, 2017; Check New ROSL Rates.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs in Bengaluru has issued a public notice regarding revised rates for the Rebate of State Levies (ROSL) on the export of garments and textile articles, effective from July 1, 2017. The Ministry of Textiles issued a notification revising the rebate rates to 0.39% for ROSL and 0.23% for ROSL under the Advance Authorization-Ali Industry Rates (AA-AIR) combination. These rates apply to exports with Let Export Order dates from July 1, 2017. Stakeholders are advised to refer to the notification for details and report any difficulties to the customs office.
