of <h1>New Additional Commissioner Appointed as First Appellate Authority for CGST South Delhi under RTI Act Sections 5(1) & 5(2).</h1> An Additional Commissioner has been appointed as the First Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act for the CGST South, Delhi. This appointment is in accordance with sections 5(1) and 5(2) of the Act. The appointed authority will handle appeals arising from orders issued by the Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs). All pending applications and appeals within the territorial jurisdiction of this Commissionerate will be managed by designated officers. This appointment has been approved by the Principal Commissioner.
