of <h1>SEBI Updates Reporting Requirements: Mutual Funds No Longer Need to Submit Monthly Statistical Reports, MCRs Still Mandatory by 3rd.</h1> The circular issued by the Mutual Funds Department of SEBI, dated July 19, 2001, informs all registered mutual funds that they are no longer required to submit the Monthly Statistical Reports (MSTATs) in either hard or soft copies. However, the submission of Monthly Cumulative Reports (MCRs) remains mandatory and must be received by the 3rd of each month, as previously instructed in the circular dated July 31, 2000.
