of <h1>New Electronic Refund and Rebate Process for Exporters via RTGS and NEFT Starts April 1, 2014.</h1> The Trade Notice outlines a new procedure for processing refund and rebate claims for exporters through electronic payment methods, specifically RTGS and NEFT, via Bank of Baroda. Effective April 1, 2014, claimants must provide a one-time authorization certified by their bank for electronic transfers, valid for one financial year. Pending claims as of March 31, 2014, will also be processed electronically. Jurisdictional authorities are responsible for coordinating payments and issuing refund orders with payment details. Claimants may incur bank charges for these transactions. Trade associations are urged to inform their members about these changes.
