of <h1>SEBI and NIC Launch EDIFAR System for Online Filing of Documents by Listed Companies Under Clause 51 Requirements.</h1> SEBI, in collaboration with the National Informatics Center, has established the Electronic Data Information Filing and Retrieval (EDIFAR) system to enable listed companies to file documents online. The designated website for this system is accessible via SEBI's official site. Companies required to file online will be specified by SEBI. Clause 51 mandates companies to submit annual reports, financial statements, corporate governance reports, shareholding patterns, and any regulatory actions against them. This requirement is additional to other listing agreement obligations. The updates to the previous circular are highlighted in bold and italics.
