of <h1>India Adds 'Management and Business Consultant Services' to Authorized Services for SEZs, Allowing Expansion by Local Committees.</h1> The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has issued an instruction to include 'Management and Business Consultant Services' in the list of default authorized services for Special Economic Zones (SEZs). This decision was made following stakeholder representations and approved by the Board of Approval. The services are limited to the value consumed by the SEZ entity and must be related to authorized operations. Development Commissioners and Unit Approval Committees may expand this list to assist units and developers within their zones. This directive is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
