This initiative aims to create a paperless environment, enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability, and improve services for taxpayers. Taxpayers are encouraged to communicate electronically in PDF format and include their mobile numbers and emails for prompt acknowledgment via mail and SMS. The Regional Advisory Committee, Trade Associations, and Chamber of Commerce in Punjab are requested to disseminate this information, and any difficulties or suggestions should be reported.
