of <h1>DGFT Updates End Use Certificate Proforma for SCOMET Exports to Enhance Verification and Authorization Process.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has amended the proforma for End Use Certificates (EUC) in Appendices 2S(i), 2S(ii), and 2S(iii) related to the export of items under the SCOMET Control List. These amendments, effective immediately, replace the previous proforma and require entities involved in the supply chain to complete the EUC on their letterhead, signed by an authorized signatory. The changes aim to capture detailed product information, specific end use, and complete contact details of end users to facilitate government verification and expedite the export authorization process for SCOMET items.
