of <h1>SWIFT Export Interface Expands to All EDI Locations for Wildlife NOC Processing Effective July 31, 2017.</h1> The Single Window Interface for Facilitation of Trade (SWIFT) in exports is being extended to all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) locations, effective July 31, 2017. Initially piloted in Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi, this extension involves online referrals to the Wild Life Crime Control Bureau (WCCB) for necessary 'No Objection Certificates' (NOC) for CITES/wildlife items. Customs EDI locations will continue to be mapped to WCCB offices as with imports. Customs, Central Excise, and GST officers are advised to inform relevant personnel and agencies to ensure smooth implementation. Any challenges should be reported to the Commissioner.
