of <h1>New Procedure for Exporters: Self-Sealing Under GST Now Permitted, Follow CBEC Circulars 26/2017, 36/2017, 37/2017.</h1> The circular outlines the procedure for granting self-sealing permission to exporters under the GST regime, following CBEC Circulars No. 26/2017, 36/2017, and 37/2017. Exporters previously using supervised factory stuffing can automatically adopt the self-sealing procedure. Exporters must inform the jurisdictional Superintendent of Customs and provide details using Annexure 'A.' If exporters change premises, they must request new permission. Containers must be sealed with a tamper-proof electronic seal, and details must be fed into the seal. Various Customs offices are listed for jurisdictional purposes. Any difficulties should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs in Patna.
