of <h1>SEBI Amends 1995 Regulations to Enhance Market Efficiency for Offshore Derivative Instruments; Details in Official Gazette.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a circular to all Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and Custodians of Securities regarding the issuance of Offshore Derivative Instruments. This follows a previous circular from August 2003. SEBI is amending the Foreign Institutional Investors Regulations, 1995, to enhance market efficiency. The amendment details are enclosed and will be published in the Official Gazette. Custodians are instructed to inform all relevant parties about the circular, which is also accessible on SEBI's website under the 'Foreign Institutional Investors' section.
