of <h1>Mumbai Air Cargo Complex Waives Merchant Overtime Charges Following Board's Circular 04/2017-Cus for 24x7 Operations.</h1> The Office of the Commissioner of Customs at the Air Cargo Complex in Sahar, Mumbai, has issued Public Notice No. 01/2017, dated April 18, 2017, announcing the waiver of Merchant Overtime (MOT) charges at the facility. This decision follows the Board's Circular No. 04/2017-Cus, which states that no MOT fees shall be collected at 24x7 Customs ports and airports for services rendered by Customs officers. Consequently, the Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai will no longer collect MOT charges, aligning with the directives of the aforementioned circular.
