of <h1>New Customs Fees: Rs. 1000 for Document Amendments; Rs. 100 for Certified Copies; Certain Bill Amendments Free.</h1> The Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Amendment Regulations, 2017, announced in Public Notice No. 13/2017, outlines revised fees for various amendments to customs documents. Effective from their publication date, the regulations specify a fee of Rs. 1000 for amendments to import/export manifests, vessel names, shipping bills, port clearance applications, outward entry applications, short-shipment notices, and document cancellations. Additionally, certified copies of customs documents are available for Rs. 100, with specific conditions for bills of entry and shipping bills. Amendments to prior bills of entry under certain conditions incur no fee. Stakeholders are encouraged to report any difficulties encountered.
