of <h1>Exporters Must Submit Realization Details for EDI Shipping Bills Pre-April 2013 by July 15, 2017, per CBEC Circulars.</h1> Exporters, customs brokers, and trade members must submit realization details or certificates from authorized dealers/chartered accountants for EDI shipping bills with LEO dates before April 1, 2013, by July 15, 2017. This submission should follow the prescribed six-monthly format as outlined in CBEC Circulars No 05/2009 and 06/2017. A list of 6,508 exporters who have not submitted the required negative statements is available on the ACC, Sahar website. Failure to comply will result in recovery actions for drawbacks. Any issues should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs at ACC, Sahar, Mumbai.
