of <h1>Mumbai Customs Waives Late Filing Charges for Specific Dates Due to System Issues: Facility Notice No. 04/2017.</h1> The Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import) at the Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai issued Facility Notice No. 04/2017, exempting charges for late filing of the Bill of Entry due to ICES malfunctions on 22.5.2017. This exemption applies to consignments with entry inward dates of 20.5.2017 or 21.5.2017, allowing filing without late charges until 23.5.2017. No exemptions are granted for filings after 23.5.2017 or without evidence of attempted submission. Stakeholders are advised to report any difficulties to the office. This notice is approved by the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import).
