of <h1>SEBI Moves to Digital: Amendments to Disclosure Guidelines Now Electronic with Digital Signatures, Physical Copies Discontinued.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has announced that amendments to the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000, will now be issued only in electronic form with digital signatures, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. Registered merchant bankers are instructed to provide their email addresses to the Division of Issues and Listing to facilitate this transition. Physical dispatch of circulars will be discontinued, but the circulars will be available on SEBI's website, and original physical copies can be inspected or obtained from SEBI. Merchant bankers are urged to submit their email addresses promptly.
