of <h1>Bill of Entry Final Printout No Longer Needs Customs Officer Signature; Report Issues to Relevant Authority.</h1> Importers, customs brokers, and trade members are informed that the final print-out of the Bill of Entry generated through the Customs EDI system, after receiving out of charge (OOC), is computer-generated and does not require the signature of customs officials. Consequently, customs officers will no longer need to sign these documents. Any difficulties encountered in implementing these instructions should be reported to the relevant authority.
