Users must provide specific details such as Customs Location Code, IMO Code, Voyage Number, and Expected Date of Arrival. Once submitted and authenticated with an OTP, the system generates the Rotation Number. Users can also check the status online, and casual visitors can inquire about Rotation Numbers through the ICEGATE website.
