of <h1>Container Freight Station Custodianship at Kattupalli Village Transferred to MIDPL After NCLT Demerger Order.</h1> The custodianship of the Container Freight Station (CFS) at Kattupalli Village, previously managed by M/S. L & T Shipbuilding Ltd, has been transferred to M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd. (MIDPL) following a demerger order by the National Company Law Tribunal. This change, effective immediately, is reflected in all relevant documents, while the contents of prior public notices remain unchanged. A subsequent corrigendum corrected the name to M/S. Marine Infrastructure Developer Pvt. Ltd. The notice addresses relevant stakeholders, including steamer agents, importers, exporters, and their representatives.
