Following NCLT Order on Demerger Scheme.</h1> The custodianship of the Kattupalli Minor Port, previously managed by M/S. L & T Shipbuilding Ltd., has been transferred to M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development P. Ltd. (MIDPL) following an order by the National Company Law Tribunal. This change is part of a demerger scheme affecting the port business, including the Container Freight Station. The port will now be referred to as M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development P. Ltd. in all official documents. A corrigendum corrects the name to M/S. Marine Infrastructure Developer Pvt. Ltd. This notice is effective immediately, with no other changes to previous public notices.
