of <h1>Amendment to Public Notice No. 25/2015: Updated List of Chartered Engineers for Second-Hand Machinery Valuation.</h1> The circular amends Public Notice No. 25/2015 concerning the valuation of second-hand machinery by updating the list of empaneled Chartered Engineers for inspection and appraisal. The designated agencies in Bangalore and other locations include Valueguru Chartered Engineers and Valuers Pvt. Ltd., TSK Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Nireekshan Engineers and Surveyors, ELBI Consultancy (India) Pvt. Ltd., and National Marine Consultants Inc. These agencies are recognized for their services until specified dates in 2019. Importers and Customs Brokers can contact these agencies for inspection and appraisal reports if overseas reports are unavailable.
