of <h1>Pre-GST Rebate of State Levies Continues for Textile Exports from July 1 to September 30, 2017.</h1> The circular informs stakeholders about the continuation of pre-GST Rebate of State Levies (RoSL) rates for garment and textile exports during the transition period from July 1, 2017, to September 30, 2017. Exporters must submit a revised undertaking to claim these rates, with a manual format required for exports between July 1 and August 4, 2017. Export Promotion Councils will assist in filing these undertakings. The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system will apply the RoSL rates as notified by the Ministry of Textiles, and no separate claims are needed. Any implementation issues should be reported to the customs office.
