of <h1>Changes in CPIO Designations Announced for Ahmedabad Customs Under RTI Act, 2005; Two Deputy Commissioners Replaced.</h1> The circular serves as an addendum to Public Notice No. 11/2016 concerning the implementation of the Right to Information Act, 2005 within the Custom Commissionerate, Ahmedabad. It announces changes in the designation of Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) due to a change in officer assignments. Specifically, two Deputy Commissioners have been replaced in the roles of CPIOs. Trade associations, chambers of commerce, and members of the Custom House Agents Association are requested to disseminate this information among their members. The notice is issued with the approval of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad.
