of <h1>India Digitizes Authorized Economic Operator Program: AEO-T1 Applications Now Online, Review Intervals Extended as per Circular 51/2018-Customs.</h1> The Government of India has announced the digitization of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program to enhance ease of doing business. A web-based application for AEO-T1 has been developed, as per Circular 51/2018-Customs, allowing applicants to file applications online via the AEO website, and enabling Customs Officials to process digitized AEO certificates. The review intervals and Onsite Post Clearance Audit (PCA) for AEO T1 certified entities have been extended from two to three years. Any difficulties encountered should be reported to the AEO Cell at the provided email address.
