of <h1>Customs Brokers Exam Moves Online in 2019 Under Regulation 6; NACIN to Administer Test Nationwide.</h1> The Customs Department has announced that the written examination under Regulation 6 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 will transition to an online format starting in 2019. The National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes, and Narcotics (NACIN) will administer the exam. Commissioners of Customs are instructed to forward applicant information, including passport-sized photographs, mobile numbers, and email addresses, to NACIN by December 31, 2018. Any issues encountered should be reported to the office. This directive follows Instruction No. 21/2018-Customs from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs.
