of <h1>Nodal Officer Appointed for Taxpayer Grievances on CST Portal per Circular No. 39/13/2018-GST; Trade Associations Alerted.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has appointed the designated Commissioner (CGS T) as the Nodal Officer to handle taxpayer grievances related to technical issues on the CST Portal, as per Circular No. 39/13/2018-GST dated 03rd April 2018. The Nodal Officer will receive applications from taxpayers following the prescribed procedure. Trade associations are requested to inform their members about this appointment for necessary action.
