of <h1>India Customs Issues Notice on Sensitive Export Items to Nepal for Strict Monitoring.</h1> The Government of India's Commissioner of Customs in Patna issued Public Notice No. 08/2018, dated July 6, 2018, highlighting a list of sensitive items under paragraph 8 of the Export Procedure of the Memorandum to the Treaty of Transit between India and Nepal. This notice addresses concerns over large-scale diversion of CID (Exports) consignments. The specified sensitive items include buffalo meat, cotton goods, gutkha, tobacco products, tea, handicraft goods, readymade garments, noodles, yarn, and felt goods. These items are to be strictly monitored in CTD (Exports) consignments until further notice.
