Agencies must electronically submit prescribed export documents, including the EP copy of the shipping bill, Customs-attested invoice, and bank certificate of realization, to the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs. An electronic acknowledgment is issued within 24 hours, and any deficiencies are communicated within five days. Additional documents are requested only with higher approval. The bond discharge process is completed within seven days of confirming exports, with strict adherence to these procedures mandated.
