of <h1>Mumbai Customs Waives Amendment Fees, Late Charges for Feb 1-2, 2018 Bills of Entry Due to Budget Updates.</h1> The Customs Office at the Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai issued Facility Notice No. 33/2018, exempting amendment fees and late filing charges for Bills of Entry filed on February 1 and 2, 2018. This exemption is due to the temporary halt in data entry activities caused by the Budget 2018-19 updates to the ICES directories. The Deputy or Assistant Commissioners will process waiver requests for late filing charges during this period. Any issues should be reported to the Additional Commissioner of Customs. This notice was approved by the Commissioner of Customs (Import).
