This decision aims to facilitate trade and reduce clearance costs and dwell time, aligning with practices in Chennai and Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House. Importers, Customs Brokers, and Custodians must present goods for inspection once registered, but cargo will only be released upon presenting the Delivery Order. This facility is effective immediately, and any issues should be reported to the Customs Office.
