Importers can now take delivery of containers not selected for examination or requiring NOCs, provided they execute a 'No Use Bond.' Containers needing examination or NOCs will be moved to Container Freight Stations (CFSs). Procedures for handling Bills of Entry with PGA involvement are outlined, including options for Warehouse or Home Consumption Bills of Entry. Verification processes for Customs Out of Charge (OOC) and responsibilities of stakeholders are specified. Monthly reports on DPD activities are required from terminal operators and importers.
