of <h1>Validity of 'G' and 'H' Passes Under CBLR 2013 Revised; 'H' Now Valid for Two Years or License Expiry.</h1> The validity period for 'G' and 'H' category passes issued under Regulation 17 of CBLR, 2013 has been revised. Previously, 'G' passes were valid for one year, and 'H' passes for six months. Now, 'H' category passes will be valid for two years or until the Customs Broker License expires, whichever comes first. 'G' category passes will be valid until the Customs Broker License expires. Issuance and renewal are subject to CBLR, 2013 provisions, including employee verification. Customs brokers must notify the CB Section if employees with passes are removed, ensuring passes are surrendered.
