of <h1>Kolkata Customs Issues Notice on IGST Refunds for Exported Goods u/r 96, CGST Rules 2017.</h1> The Office of the Commissioner of Customs in Kolkata issued Public Notice No. 19/2018 addressing the refund of Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) paid on exported goods under Rule 96 of the CGST Rules, 2017. Exporters, Custom House Brokers, airlines, and trade members are directed to review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provided in Annexure A for guidance on IGST refunds. Any challenges encountered in implementing this notice should be reported to the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs at the Air Cargo Complex, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.
