Exporters must apply to the Commissioner of Customs 24 hours in advance, providing details of the goods. Upon approval, supervised stuffing is permitted, and RFID e-Seals are used. The process is exempt from port examination unless specific intelligence suggests otherwise. The Commissionerate is required to report monthly to RMCC, which will verify details and address discrepancies. This procedure is at the request of exporters and may be adjusted for other sensitive cargo.
