of <h1>Chennai Customs mandates verification of examination status for 'SCANNED MISMATCH' and 'NOT SCANNED' containers before delivery.</h1> The Chennai Customs has implemented a system requiring verification of examination status for all 'SCANNED MISMATCH' and 'NOT SCANNED' containers before their delivery. A CSD Portal and Mobile App have been developed for Docks Officers to access and upload examination images. Container Freight Station (CFS) custodians must verify the upload of these images via a designated web portal before allowing container delivery. If images are missing, delivery should be withheld, and the Customs House Agent or importer should be directed to ensure the necessary uploads. Any issues should be reported to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs.
