of <h1>Downloadable GR export declaration forms available online for exporters; auto-allotted GR numbers, purchased stock phased out within year</h1> GR Forms for exporters are made available for on-line downloading from the RBI website, permitting exporters to print the prescribed declaration on legal-size (8.5' x 14') paper with printer/page settings set to legal; the GR number will be automatically allotted when the document enters the print queue, thereby enabling use of electronically downloaded forms in lieu of purchased stock. The option to continue purchasing GR Forms from RBI regional offices remains temporarily, but that facility will be phased out within one year. AD Category-I banks are to notify their constituents of these provisions.
