of <h1>SEBI Revises Deadline for Securities Custodians' Monthly Reports to the 3rd Working Day or 5th of the Month.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has revised the submission deadline for monthly reports by custodians of securities. Previously, reports were due by the 7th of the succeeding month. The updated requirement mandates submission by the end of the third working day or the 5th of the succeeding month, whichever is later. This change takes immediate effect under the authority of Section 11 (1) of the SEBI Act, 1992. The circular detailing this amendment is available on SEBI's website.
