of <h1>Ministry of Corporate Affairs Reconstitutes CSR Committee to Revamp Policies and Guidelines; Report Due in Three Months.</h1> The High Level Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility - 2018 (HLC-2018) has been reconstituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to review the existing CSR framework and develop a coherent policy. Chaired by the Secretary of the Ministry, the committee includes members from various sectors, such as finance, law, healthcare, and sports. Its scope includes reviewing CSR provisions, recommending enforcement guidelines, and suggesting monitoring measures. The committee will submit its report within three months and is supported by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Recommendations will be submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
