of <h1>Transshipment Procedures Updated: Endorse Invoices for Vehicle Breakdowns, Split Consignments Must Travel in Convoy.</h1> The circular outlines procedures for the transshipment of goods between vehicles en route to their final destinations. For complete transshipment due to vehicle breakdowns or lack of transport permits, the goods owner or agent must endorse the transport invoice with details of the breakdown and new vehicle. For split consignments due to vehicle breakdowns, a similar procedure applies, with endorsements countersigned by the Range Superintendent, and all vehicles must travel as a convoy. For other reasons, the jurisdictional Range Office must verify and endorse the invoice at the transfer point. Previous conflicting instructions are withdrawn.
