The Directorate of Systems and Data Management has introduced modules in the EDI System to track the status of these claims. The status of shipping bills is regularly updated online to inform the trade community. The Helpdesk, located at the Custom House in Ahmedabad, is staffed by designated officers to address and resolve refund processing errors.
