        <h1>India Extends Deadline for Filing E-Forms Without Additional Fees to December 31, 2018, Under Companies Act 2013.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has announced a relaxation of additional fees for companies filing e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, and MGT-7 under the Companies Act, 2013. This decision follows requests from stakeholders for more time to file financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31.03.2018. The deadline for filing these forms without incurring additional fees has been extended to 31.12.2018. This directive has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
